End-User License Agreement (EULA) for IncuStats App
Effective Date: 2025-12-16
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you (the "Licensee," who is the end-user/farmer) and Bumin Digital ("Licensor," or "The Company").
1. Grant of License
1.1. License Grant: The Company grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to install and use the IncuStats App ("The Software") on your personal desktop and/or mobile devices for the purpose of personal or internal business egg incubation tracking and analysis.
1.2. License Type: The Licensee is purchasing a perpetual right to use the version of The Software activated by the license key.
1.3. Activation Limit: The license key is limited to a total of two (2) simultaneous activations/installations. The Licensee may only use the key within this limit.
2. Updates and Support
2.1. Included Period: The initial purchase price includes one (1) year of free software updates and technical support from the Effective Date of the purchase.
Updates include bug fixes and new features.
2.2. Continuation of Use: After the initial one-year period, The Software will remain fully functional, allowing the Licensee to continue using the last received version indefinitely.
2.3. Renewal: To receive further updates and continued technical support after the initial one-year period, the Licensee must purchase an optional annual renewal plan.
3. Restrictions and Ownership
3.1. Ownership: Bumin Digital retains all right, title, and interest in and to The Software, including all copyrights, source code, and Intellectual Property (IP) rights. The Licensee acquires only the right to use The Software, not ownership.
3.2. Prohibited Actions: The Licensee shall not copy, modify, distribute, publish, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from The Software.
4. Termination
4.1. Termination by Company: The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately without prior notice if the Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement.
4.2. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of The Software and destroy all copies. The license key will be invalidated and The Software will stop functioning.
5. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
5.1. "As Is" Basis: The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Bumin Digital makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of the data, the success of the incubation cycles, or the performance of The Software.
5.2. Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or eggs) incurred by the Licensee arising from the use or inability to use The Software. The Licensee assumes all responsibility and risk for the use of The Software.

What IncuStats does today (v1.0)
IncuStats is an incubation and hatch-result management application designed for breeders and small to mid-scale hatcheries.
With IncuStats, users can:
Create incubation batches by selecting:
Animal species (e.g. chicken, quail, partridge, etc.)
Breed name
Breed color
Number of eggs per color or sub-batch
Automatically calculate expected hatch dates based on incubation periods
Save hatch dates into the built-in calendar
Receive automatic reminders before hatch dates
Users can also record hatch outcomes, including:
Total hatched chicks
Healthy chicks
Crippled chicks
Not hatched eggs
Non-fertile eggs
Pipped but dead chicks
Based on this data, IncuStats automatically:
Calculates percentages of healthy, crippled, and dead chicks
Displays results in charts and visual summaries
Helps users track and improve hatch quality over time
Additionally, IncuStats includes a basic sales and accounting module:
Calendar entries for sales and appointments
Sales records linked to animal species
Tracking of:
Total sales per year
Amount paid
Amount unpaid or partially paid
Visual charts showing sales performance per animal species and per year
What IncuStats does NOT do yet (v1.0)
IncuStats currently does not include:
Automatic email notifications to customers
Advanced accounting features (tax handling, invoicing, exports)
Multi-user or team accounts
Advanced reporting beyond the included charts
External system integrations
These may be added in future updates.
What is considered an “Update”
An update is defined as:
The addition of new features
The expansion of existing features
(e.g. expanding the accounting module, adding new charts, improving data analysis)New communication features
(e.g. email notifications, appointment emails to customers)Improvements to performance, usability, and reliability
Bug fixes and stability improvements
Updates are provided free for the first 12 months after purchase.
What is considered “Support”
Support includes:
Troubleshooting application functionality
Resolving bugs or unexpected behavior
Assistance with existing features
Help with application-related issues via email
Support conditions:
Support requests are handled via the in-app email address
Priority support during the active support period
Issues are addressed within 72 hours
If a critical issue cannot be resolved, a refund or partial cashback may be offered
License & Access Policy (v1.0)
App access: Lifetime access to version 1.0
Included support & updates: 1 year from purchase date
After 1 year:
Renewal license required to receive further updates
Support renewal is optional but limited
Maximum support duration without renewal: 2 years
After 2 years without license renewal:
No further support
App access remains available, but without updates or assistance
